Dermatillomanic

I created this because I have suffered from Dermatillomania for about 14 years, more commonly known as CSP (compulsive skin picking). I am also a nail biter with weight/self-esteem issues. It's a support system for myself and you can follow me if you feel it'll do you some good too.
Today I put on lots of jingly bangles that make noise so I’ll be more aware of where my hands are. If I reach for my skin the sound will remind me not to pick. Be conscious of your hands.
